When will my order arrive?
We typically ship orders at the end of each business week, usually on Fridays.
This webstore is run by the band, not a third-party company. We pack, label, and ship everything ourselves between rehearsals, shows, and travel. We work hard to stay on schedule, but occasional delays can happen.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that some countries may require customs fees or experience additional processing delays.
Why is international shipping expensive?
Because we run this store independently without a large merch company or warehouse, we ship everything ourselves. International shipping rates are set by the postal service, and we don’t receive bulk discounts. We know the cost can be high and appreciate your understanding.
Can I return or exchange something?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we made an error with your order.
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
How do I know what size to get?
Size charts are available on each product page. If you’re unsure, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Will sold-out items come back?
Some items are limited edition and will not be restocked. Others may return depending on availability.
